Youth Programs

Welcome to the SER De New Mexico Youth Programs in Las Cruces. The purpose of these two programs is to assist youths through City approved employment. Both programs provides direct job site supervision, fostering pride in the community through job training in the City Government.

YEAR ROUND YOUTH "AT-RISK" PROGRAM:

This program is designed to provide work experience for eligible youth between the ages of 16 through 19; in school; in good standing and maintaining a minimum 2.0 GPA or better.

SUMMER YOUTH "AT-RISK" PROGRAM:

This program is designed to provide work experience for eligible youth between the ages of 14 through 18. This program assists youths through a City approved 8 week summer employment program.
