SER de NEW MEXICO is proud to announce our "Win An '84 Corvette!" Raffle on
October 26, 2011 - 8:00 pm. The drawing will be at the Hotel Albuquerque, 800 Rio Grande Blvd., NW. Need not be present to win. Must be 18 years or older to buy a ticket. Proceeds to benefit SER de New Mexico's Senior and Youth Programs.

2011 Official Raffle Rules for “Classic Corvette” Raffle
Benefitting SER de New Mexico, Inc.
The “Classic Corvette” Raffle is being conducted by SER de New Mexico, Inc., a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization under the laws of the State of New Mexico.
Ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age
or older to participate and must have a
valid Social Security number. Raffle tickets are $10.00 each or 3 for $25.00 or 10 for $85.00. By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions. There is no limit to the number of tickets one person may purchase. Raffle
tickets may be purchased by cash,
checks, or money orders made payable to
SER de New Mexico, Inc. Should the
purchasers check not be honored by the
bank, the ticket will become void and
withdrawn from the drawing. Tickets

1984 Chevrolet Corvette.
Drawing
will be held Sunday, October 26, 2011 at
the Hotel Albuquerque, 800 Rio Grande
Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104 in
conjunction with SER Jobs for Progress
National Conference at 8:00 P.M.
Winners
need not be present to win. Winners will
be notified by via phone and mail within
7 days of the drawing, and will be
posted on the SER de New Mexico website. A copy of
these rules are posted here and can also be requested by
sending a self-addressed stamped
envelope to SER de New Mexico, Inc., 201
3rd St. NW, Ste. 420,
Albuquerque, NM 87102.
Odds of
winning depend on the number of tickets
sold.
Prize
winners are solely responsible for all
local, state, and federal taxes,
registration, title, transfer fees,
license duties, insurance and all
expenses incurred in claiming the
vehicle. The IRS requires that any
prizes valued at $600 or more be issued
a W2-G Form and requires that 25% of
total winnings be withheld for federal
taxes on prizes of $5,000 or more.
Prize must
be claimed within 30 days of drawing.
Any unclaimed prize after that date will
constitute forfeiture and be transferred
to SER de New Mexico, Inc. as a
donation.
SER de New
Mexico, Inc., its Board of Directors,
and its agents assume no liability for
lost, late, misdirected, mutilated,
incomplete, illegible, or entries
without payment which will be deemed
invalid and disqualified.
Employees
of SER de New Mexico, Inc. and immediate
family members residing in an employee’s
household are not eligible to win, and
any tickets purchased by such will be
void.
The
decisions and rules of SER de New
Mexico, Inc. are final on all matters
concerning the raffle.

prohibited by law.
